Homecoming 2017: Highlights

Homecoming 2017 was a great success and we hope you were able to join the celebration! Our Tartans football team lost in overtime in the Academic Bowl against Case Western Reserve, but with events marking Homecoming and the 50th Anniversary of the university throughout the weekend, alumni had many opportunities to celebrate! Weekend highlights included:

Revelry with classmates and friends at the Homecoming Tailgate, with a close game that saw our Tartans battle until the very end. You also had a chance to see our women's soccer team win, advancing to the NCAA sectional semifinals later this week.

Nearly 70 innovations across the university's seven colleges at the interactive Founders Exposition, from robots that respond to eye movement to the marriage of technology and agriculture to 3-D printing biotissue.

Inspiring panels and lectures, plus the Founders Convocation with keynote Thomas Friedman and a video featuring some of our future founders.
