Volunteer Forum 2015

More than 100 volunteers returned to campus for the ninth annual Volunteer Forum where they heard keynotes by President Suresh and Bob Dammon, Dean of the Tepper School of Business, attended faculty talks and tours that highlighted key areas such as technology enhanced learning, brain science, entrepreneurship and robotics, learned how to enhance their roles as CMU volunteers and advocates, and networked with other alumni. The weekend came to close with a volunteer celebration and dinner. Congratulations to New York City, Austin and South Florida on their recognition as the 2015 Large, Medium and Small Networks of the Year, respectively.

In addition to forum programming, volunteers had the unique opportunity to participate in CMU’s 118th Commencement, assisting in welcoming families, attending the ceremony, and congratulating and welcoming the newest graduates to the Alumni Association.
